what to look for in a wetsuit?

I have never used a wetsuit before in any type of sport but I am looking to buy a triathlon wetsuit.

What do I need to look for when buying in a wetsuit?

I am looking at the Neosport Sprint John Triathlon 5/3mm Wetsuit.

Is this suit a yay or nay?
