Too Cold To Hold - Run

 Comments: Felt really good to start. The last mile was really hard, but JR helped me pick up the pace to bring it in. What would you do differently?: I would have put my kick in earlier, I didn't realize how far it was to the finish, because you couldn't see it till the last 100M. ![]() Post race 
                                        What limited your ability to perform faster: My amount of running training. I have been focusing on form on my running, but not speed or distance. I hadn't run that far since November. But I reached my goal. Event comments: I really enjoyed this race. My brother is great at keeping pace and he doesn't even train. He played soccer forever. I beat my goal. 8:57/mile when my goal was 9:00. And I think he could have run easily at 7:00/ mile. He was not tired or winded at the end. It was like a warmup. And all I have to say is WHAT!?
