18.1% of ride spent coasting, for 1:20:36. My goal was to spend at least 15% of my time sitting on & resting on the downhills.

First 61.5 miles - 3:45:13, NP 163, HR 130, 16.5mph
61.5 - 70 - Hwy 181, 1:04:14, NP 175, HR 147, Avg 8mph
70 - 94 - very rough patch (mentally) from 70 to 80, long descent from 80-86.5 helped a LOT. 1:41:03, NP 148, HR 137, Avg 14.4
94 - 106, going really easy, 56:00, NP 152, HR 132, Avg 12.0
