Subject: Breton reduced fat/sodium Crackers- Good/ Bad/Other?

Just wondering what your thoughts are on this product ...

Breton Crackers from Dare Foods... the lowfat and lowsodium variety. Do you consider these to be a whole grain product and healthy? The label says they are "wholegrain"...but I noticed that the ingredient label shows "Enriched" whole wheat flour as the first item in the list... and thus far in my food education research... enriched = bad news... the grain & fiber are stripped of the hull... are these on the good or bad list? They're lo-cal... but i'm confused as the label is conflicting.

It is so hard to buy healthy foods sometimes without spending an hour in the grocery reading every label when it should just be a 20-30 min trip.

thx in adv. ---d
