Comments: This was a pretty flat course along the columbia river the only thing you had to watch out for was goose sh** along the path.I thought I started out a little fast but was able to keep myself in check and enjoy the race. What would you do differently?: maybe more training, loose some more weight anything can help. Post race
Warm down: walked around and cheered on the other runners then went and had a mocha supreme, then went to the club and soaked in the hot tub for awhile ahhhhh that felt good. What limited your ability to perform faster: I performed at my ability at this time. Event comments: I really enjoyed myself on this race, My garmin showed the milage at 10.08. Also this was a fast crowd I tried to keep up at the start but realized very quickly this was not going to the case so i just did what i could do. Still very happy with my performance. Got up and had waffles with peanutbutter jelly.
no warm up really just some stretching and watched the 2 milers start and finished.
