Fremont Tri

Hi I'm new here and to the Tri world. I will be doing the Fremont Mini-Sprint to get an idea about open water swim and transitions, that way I wont me shocked at the Oshkosh Tri. Has anybody ever done that Mini Sprint? I can't find any routes for the run and bike.
