Chicago Masters Swimming

Does anybody swim with them or have an opinion on them?  I'm looking for a masters program to help me get over the hump in swimming.  I've taken some lessons from Fitz at Chicago Blue Dolphins, so I know what he and his group is like.  I'm interested in comparing them to Chicago Masters.  I'm looking for:

• Level of instruction
• Level of swimmers (I'm middle\back of the pack went 1:50 per 100 at IMCDA)
• Types of workouts
• Friendly\welcoming environment
• etc... etc...
