Warm down:

Drank some water, stretched my calves a bit since they felt about ready to cramp after walking around for a few minutes.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Wasn't feeling so hot coming into this, sinus problems all week, sore throat... but overall enjoyed my first 5K.
