uggh...everything about me from waiste up is killing me.

Lower back where fusions took place - killing me, sharp hot pains. First time in years I have had pain here.

Middle back to shoulders is just plain sore and wore out.

Shoulders are aching terrible, wake up in pain if I sleep on them at all.

Neck is stiff and giving me headaches.

Man Im falling apart. I wont even mention how my knee feels.

sux being overweight and out of shape.
