PubRunners trail run Sunday

Join me and some fellow runners, triathletes and miscreants at Mathew's, Winters park this Sunday at 6pm for an easy to moderate trail run. I host a semi-weekly group called the PubRunners, we normally run City park or Wash park, but are branching out and hitting the trails, so anyone out there not racing the Boulder long course Sunday morning, please feel free to join us for a little bit of trail running.
