best triathlon bike under $5000

At my LBS they are giving me a deal on the 2009 Specialized Transition Pro for $4400. He also said he will throw in his race kit (his jersey and bib shorts) that he says retails for $400. Not only this but will also give me 15% off all the accessories I want. Would this be a great deal? I live in southern California.
