Under the Influence - of Adrenaline!

The Council on Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse in West Bend is hosting their first annual "Under the Influence of Adrenaline" sprint triathlon, Saturday, August 29th in the town of Polk, Wi.  The event currently has 150 individuals and 6 teams registered; they are hoping to get 200 registrations.  I'll be there, but in a volunteer rather than participatory capacity (as a body marker, swim buddy, and run course support).  Come out and help support a great cause!
