Hey everyone... first off, snailfish, glad you are ok, I was behind you a bit... get well soon... this event was my first 70.3 event...  had decent and on target times till the run....  had major stomach issues out there on the run, hit the porta johns 5 TIMES... not good, not sure what happened.  Already have appt with nutrionist set, back here in NJ we dont have those kind of hills and climbs.... So, they kicked me in the butt...  great race, cant wait till next one.  My time was 6:42 was hoping for 6 flatt, was on track till the stomach problem, no excuses I finished and with a smile at that....  To the West coast---- Thanks it was a blast!!!!
