Subject: Pulled CalfAll, I have my first sprint in 5 days and I pulled a calf muscle swimming yesterday (fin drill ). I am icing, stretching, wrapping, and taking ibuprofen. Really upset!! Been training regularly for 4 months, there are no more local sprints until spring, and am really looking forward to my first tri.
