Wetsuit Recommendation - Kansas 70.3 2010

I will be racing the Kansas 70.3 next year and possibly the IM Wisc, what kind of wetsuit will be necessary for those races.  I am guessing a sleeveless will be fine for Kansas, but will I need a full suit for Wisconsin.

I am getting ready to buy an Xterra and am looking for a little advice.  Thanks for the help.
