Oak Lawn Training

Hi,
are there any triathletes around the Oak Lawn area? I am looking for some new places to train (i.e. bike paths, running trails, pool buildings). I sometimes run and would bring my bike downtown to LSD on weekends, but transportation is somewhat of a problem. I wanted to stay a little closer to home for training, especially the swimming part.
