Comments:

I had an asthma attack at the turnaround. It was probably due to the insecticides being sprayed on the local orange trees. It caused me to lose about 30 watts on the way back. It also explains my low average Heart rate. That was a real bummer. My goal of the day was to break 22mph, which I did, but I could have theoretically gone as fast as 23 mph.
