WTB: Felt S22 54cm

I'm just getting into triathlons and looking to get a tri specific bike.  I have a few sprint tri's under my belt, two xterras, and one half silverman (lost a bet).  During the Silverman my road bike was just not that comfortable.  I've been looking and really like the Felt s22, but willing to look at other brands and models.  I'm willing to spend around $1000, with shipping (live in AZ).  Thanks in advance for looking.
