Navigators Navigator Insurance Pro winter cycling jacket - FS or trade

I have a navigators winter cycling jacket, size M,
Fleece brushed inside, neoprene outer shell.
wind proof and water resistant. three pocket rear, full zip.
Navigators navy blue and dark blue-green.

this jacket with jsut a base layer is more than enough for 35-50 degree riding, with a warm underlayer its enoguh (so far) down to 10 (have not tried colder).

jacket is in great shape, but i have team gear i need to wear.

will trade for a english threaded BB and shimano compatible BB and crankset, or asking 100 shipped for it.
