Pearl Izumi Tri Fly II shoes & Shimano PD-R540 pedals - $80

I picked up these for my tri bike, but after a few rides (1 road, 2 rollers), I've decided I prefer the MTB spd setup.

The shoes are these in size 45.5 and the pedals are these. The cleats are currently attached to the shoes and I'm only selling them as a set. If it helps, I wear a size 11 in Mizuno and Adidas running shoes and these fit me good.
