Comments: Good first run leg. felt good. What would you do differently?: have an adequate warmup so i could start at race pace right away. ![]() Transition 1
Comments: one rubber band snapped coming out of transition, so i had to put on bike shoes and run with them. What would you do differently?: make sure rubber bands won't break before i get on bike. ![]() Bike

What would you do differently?: remember to take feet out of bike shoes going into T2 ![]() Run
Comments: took about 1 mile to get my legs back for running. What would you do differently?: definitely practice more bike to run bricks. ![]() Post race

awoke 5:30AM. dressed in clothes set out, ate odwalla bar for breakfast. set out bike in transition area. jogged to bathroom. jogged to race start.
hardly a warmup. jogged to the bathroom and did 10 high steps.
