Giant OCR3 "L" 56cm - $550 OBO

I have a 56cm Giant OCR3 size "Large". It's a 2003 model. It's in excellent condition!! SWEET RIDE and FAST!!! Comes with Ascent clip pedals. DOES NOT come with the seat bag in picture. 

From the seat post to middle of crank is 56cm high, and from handle bar stem to seat post is approx. 52 cm long. Forte "Titan" Race wheels. 

Asking $550 or BEST OFFER!! Make an offer as I just bought a new bike and could use some extra cash!!!
