need road bike, I only own a hybrid bike and people blew by me like I was standing still. The long open flat areas is where I think I lost the most time.

get a new bike and train a little harder on it.

What would you do differently?:

fetl OK, I think with a better bike I would have more energy for the run. The rest of the year I plan on working on volume.

walked around and ate grapes.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

first time - need to work on everything but spend more time on a bike.

Event comments:

first one - I used this as motivation to get back in shape. Now I need to keep it up as motivation to do better.
