Duncan Hadley Triathlon

Hi Everyone,

Im signed up for the Fredericton Duncan Hadley Oly distance triathlon in two weeks time and I was wondering whether anyone could tell me a bit about it and about the course?

Are there many inexperienced racers in this (as this is only my second olympic distance) or is it a more advanced race?
