any cpa's or accountants here?

My 2008 taxes were done by an accountant but it's a long story, but I can't use him right now. It looks like I needed to fill out form 8889 for my Health Savings Account distributions, but did not.  All of my HSA distribution was used for legitimate health care, so there should be no tax involved, unless there is a penalty.

Anyway, I'm willing to pay someone to fill out and submit my 2008 8889. I downloaded the form but I don't think I can or should be filling this out myself.  I'm anxious to get this done asap, so if  possible, I'm more than willing, actually happy,  to pay one of you for your time. Otherwise, I guess I'll find an HR Block type place, but figured I'd ask here.
