Comments: could not get into rhythm at first. didn't flip-turn to get the effect of swimming the full 600 meters. rested 15 sec after first 200 yards, then swam slower, concentrated on form. Transition 1
Comments: didn't time transition, drove home from gym to use bike trainer. Bike

Comments: overly cautious on the run, from an ankle/foot injury last year, walked several times, stretched during run. Post race
Warm down: did some minor weights since I was at the gym. What limited your ability to perform faster: severely out of shape from last year's two injuries, but felt great to complete all 3 parts of a sprint (mock) tri. The last one completed was Oct 2002.
