Anyone work in Human Resources and/or Tri industry?

I'm in the process of applying for a position at a Triathlon company that would be a dream for me to get.  Anywho, I am wondering if anyone who works in the Tri industry or Human Resources would be willing to look over my cover letter/resume and give me any constructive feedback. I understand each human resources department is going to look for different things in a person's resume depending on the type of job and whatnot, I just want to have another set of eyes look over my resume to see if there is anything I could improve on. Please let me know if you could help me out, as I would love to get into the Tri industry more then anything right now.  I could send you a job description too if that would help.  I appreciate it BTers.
