OK, this was BAD so on to plan C..lol. Tried slower start but no good. Still cramped and walked 22-25.
Next will be flatter race and i'm going at 7:40-45 pace hard till i cant go any more. This pacing sucked!
What would you do differently?:

Run HALFS! LOL.
