Comments:

I did the Marathon Relay, and ran leg 2 of 4, which was 6.9 miles. Very proud, ran the entire thing, and only walked the last 3 water stops (there were 6 total, didn't stop at the first 3. Overall we finished at 5:33.07 (we had two walkers), it was a really fun day.
What would you do differently?:
