Subject: Taper for 70.3 in my 140.6 training plan Hi all,
I am training for IMLP with Matt Fitzgerald's book "Essential Week-By-Week Training Guide" (level 8 ).
I need to break away from the Ironman plan so I can do the Rev3 Quassy 70.3 in 3 weeks. Any suggestions on how I taper the week of the 70.3?
