Happy with the overall pace. Wish I could have duplicated my first 5k. My legs were really hurting during the second loop and I just pushed as hard as I could.

Warm down:

Shoes off, sat at a picnic table and took in some fluids. Got my stuff together, dropped it off at the car and waited for the awards.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I feel that I performed to the best of my ability with the level of training that I am completing.
