Comments: Doing OK till mile 10 then things just got so heavy and painful. What would you do differently?: Train more! ![]() Post race
Warm down: Walk for 20-30 minutes. What limited your ability to perform faster: Didn't stick to training! Event comments: Too much congestion after the race, couldn't get any food or drinks besides water. Volunteers very good. Last updated: 2005-03-22 12:00 AM
