Comments: WELL ORGANIZED RACE. FEEL WIRED RUNNING OUT OF TOWN AND SPECIALLY WITHOUT MY LOVING HUBBY. I FELT GOOD RUNNING THE HILLS. I NEVER THOUGHT I COULD RUN THAT MANY FOR THAT LONG. I WAS HAPPY WITH MY TIME. What would you do differently?: TRAINING WOULD BE A GOOD START! I JUSR RAN 3 DAYS 5 MILES ON A FLAT SURFACE BEFORE THE RACE. BUT MY SWIMMING AND BIKING HELPED ME A LOT. Post race
Warm down: RAN INSIDE THE BUILDING WERE THEY HAD FOOD AND COFFE! What limited your ability to perform faster: THE HILLS! AND LACK OF TRAINING Event comments: GOOD RACE OVERALL. I KIND OF ENJOYED THE HILLS SOMEHOW. THE SCENERY SURE HELP A LOT. I WAS SO ENTRETAINED ADMIRING THE ARCHITECTURE OF THE HOUSES THAT I FORGOT I WAS RUNNIGN A STEEP HILL.IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE WEATHER I WOULD HAVE REALLY ENJOYED THE RACE 100%. I TRIED TO STAYED AS WARM AS I COULD. I STAYED INSIDE THE CAR UNTIL 15 MIUTES BEFORE THE RACE. I DID NOT WARM UP I JUST STRECH. IT WAS REALLY COLD FOR ME. I DO NOT DO GOOD IN COLD WEATHER. IT TOOK ME 11 MILES TO FIANLLY BREAK A SWEAT.
