Subject: HELP swim /bike/ run swim/ bike/ run.Transition help I have a F1 style tri on Sat and need some advice. It is a 1500 meter swim, 25 mile bike, 10k run/ 750 meter swim, 25 mile bike and 10k run. 1 Do you try to put your wetsuit on again after the first swim/bike/ run 2 Do you bring extra cloths ie: socks, tri shorts, sneakers. 3 Easy and efficent way to get bike shoes on and off for transition. 4 Will I have extra room in transition for extra cloths or drinks I will need 5 Is it harder than a 70.3 If there is any other suggestions please help.
