WETSUIT !@#$@# BROKE ON ME! I could not get the zipper undone; I was hopping around pulling at the suit for 1.5 minutes! Finally ripped the ziper off.
What would you do differently?:

Not wear the wetsuit (warm conditions)

Did not overeat (a first!). Lots of oranges and one bannana, tons of water (was dehydrated; did not pee for 2 hours after race).
