Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 6AM. Had a granola bar, half a bagel, and gatorade. Got to race site and ate a hammer gel pack. Continued drinking gatorade/water mix

No more changing into the jersey, always get hung up there. From now on, will either race in a singlet, or go without the jeresy all together.

Aero drink system failed at about the 18 mile mark. Next time need to make sure that is 100% secure. Had to carry water bottle in jersery because of velcro failure.
