Comments: Felt good, and did a good job of holding back at the start. ![]() Transition 1

Comments: Calves cramped up at about the halfway point. Maintaining pace without getting a penalty was also a challenge. What would you do differently?: More fluids in first half. ![]() Transition 2
Comments: Calves were so cramped I almost fell over trying to get my shoes changed. ![]() Run
Comments: Calves really hurt in first 400 yards, but got better. Ran out of gas in second half. ![]() Post race
