Comments:

Me and Annete desidid to do this just for fun. So we started at the back of the pack and worked our way to the front. I guess we ran it under one hour.
Annette still needed alot of motivation during the run.
last year she ran a 10k in 1:33 now she did it in 1.02 that's geart for someone that never ran before last year.
What would you do differently?:

We will start at the head of the pack:-)
