Pre-race routine:

Tube to park then sat in the cold wishing I had done some training in the last 5 weeks and also that I had remembered my water bottle.

Comments:

Took it relatively easy on the basis that I couldn't match last month's time but I could injure myself by trying too hard. Pace didn't increase at any stage but it seemed nowhere near as easy by the time I finished. Good lesson not to give up completely after end of season.

Depressing to be so much slower than previous month, but entirely my own fault for doing no training and eating far too much.
