Comments: temp pace, legs felt good, ab cramps when trying to sprint reminded me I am no longer in race shape, but my base training is going very well, to allow me to hold 8 min pace so easily. What would you do differently?: Used new MP3 player. Battery went dead at 6 miles. I carried extra, but was unable to stop and change it, so I would test all equipment prior to race day. Post race
