Comments: Felt good until mile 3 then had to go to bathroom. Kept focused which helped my form when I started to feel fatigue. What would you do differently?: I could have pushed slightly harder on the downhills Post race
Warm down: Drank some water. tried to do easy run to eliminate Lactic build up but They falt dead after I cooled off so I said screw it What limited your ability to perform faster: Not sure what my LT was. Started second guessing myself when HR went into 170's Event comments: Volunteers completely ignorant about racing in genral. Traffic control did not know where the parking was. Most of them were grade schoolers. Volunteer encouragement of racers almost nil. Some volunteers scolding racers for dropping water cups on the ground after drinking. There was a product Expo but nothing very interesting. .No food or gatorade for racers after run. Last updated: 2006-03-26 12:00 AM

Fifteen minute easy run at 135-140 HR. Dynamic Streching routine. Kept running to start race at HR 145
