Pre-race routine:

Showed up with three friends, one lost her race number, they (2 of them, both females) went to look for it at the house (5 miles way)....the said we had 10 minutes to the start,,,well y'all know nothing ever starts on time....this one did, they missed the start, I ran with my cell phone which I hear you should deduct 10 min from your time for

Warm down:

they had water and banannas, they also had a band at outdoor ampitheatre at the end

What limited your ability to perform faster:

gentics, training, laziness, weighing 230 lbs...need I go on...and I ate bacon and eggs before the race...not a good idea

Event comments:

Good little road race....if you are fast and you like trophies (I never win so it doesn't matter to me)...be warned the winners get a coffee mug....
