Comments: Very murking did good job of navigating stayed outside all the way ran into less swimmer. In Clydsdale group no overall rank What would you do differently?: Nothing ![]() Transition 1
Comments: Had to hunt for timeing chip after removing wetsuit. Took extra time. What would you do differently?: Practice more removing suit after fatigue ![]() Bike
What would you do differently?: Not try to get feet out of cleets before finish. Too hard at this point. Stick with less complication. ![]() Transition 2
Comments: Very good transition after feet removal problem What would you do differently?: Nothing ![]() Run
Comments: Didnt walk hardly at all just a little before cresting a small hill. What would you do differently?: Train harder for bike and run ![]() Post race
Warm down: Ate and drank. Race had fajitas. Shirt was cool. Also race provided race bottles very cool indeed. What limited your ability to perform faster: Heat played a little and stride was not long enough need to either have much quicker turnover or longer strides less steps.
