Comments: Felt pretty bad almost immediately. Overall it was a lot of pain for a 5K What would you do differently?: Need to warm up the legs more, and not take off from running for 2 weeks before the race (or just run slower at the race to enjoy it more) Post race
Warm down: Just a little walking, met up with Dad and waiting for the rest of the crew to come in. What limited your ability to perform faster: Being out of shape and not ready for the fast Event comments: Pretty nice race that seems to be growing year after year. Cereal for breakfast and got to the race about 45 mins early to pick up packets
Some light jogging. Probably should have warmed up the legs more for the fast effort.
