Comments: Worst run of the year. Alegries were kicking in and had a hard time breathing for the first mile. The first mile was mostly uphill and I really had to try keep up the pace. Left leg was hurting after the first mile and kept hurting throughout the race. What would you do differently?: Ate better the day before Got more sleep (<4 hours the two nights before) Not of run the race. ![]() Post race
Warm down: Tried to stretch out. Walked trying to get the soreness out. What limited your ability to perform faster: Breathing and the pain in my left leg. Event comments: The race was run well and was good but I should not of run it. I have been in so much pain since the race I really think I hurt myself.
