Swimming is my weakness, I had one lesson about a week before Sunday and have noticed an improvement. Going to get another before my next event. So after a year or so I am rebuildign my swim stroke (if you can call it that?) I need to sort my swim out!! Still pleased with my time though, has to be my best 500m time to date.
What would you do differently?:

Hope that the lessons I'm paying for are worth the cash

Transitions weren't timed. Had shoes in bike when I left T1. Got my first foot in OK but struggled a little with the second. Still saved loads of time compared to putting shoes on before mounting bike though.
What would you do differently?:

Practice the whole foot in shoe thing and use sturdier rubber bands

Good race, would do it again if around. All split times are inclusive on Tansitions so I went a littel quicker here and there but not by much.
