Comments: I started slow with my teammate. My plan was to hold back in the first lap and pick up pace in second lap. Pace seemed to slow, but I couldn't motivate myself to pick it up a little. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw my lap time, 8:08 min. That was fast and I decided to continue in that pace and not to accelerate, even though I felt great at that point. Shortly after fatigue started to set in. All the time I had someone in front of me so it wasn't too mentaly challenging to hold the pace. What would you do differently?: Nothing ![]() Post race
