Comments: My goal for this race was to improve my time on this course (16:23) and try to go sub 16 min. I planned to start slower and give it all in second lap. I started to slow, first lap was 8:25. At that point I realized that sub 16 min is history, but 16:23 was still attainable. I picked up the pace and finished in 16:38. I was disappointed as I tought my second lap was faster. What would you do differently?: Run harder from the start. ![]() Post race
