Pre-race routine:

Walked around and stretched, wasnt' sure how i would go with knee and the like so went easy and was more than likely to warm up when the race started.

Comments:

Started out with 10 Leppin Squeezies and 750ml of Powerade on me and ended up drinking at all the water stops and the leppin enduro booster stops which means i had an extra 24x100ml of water and 5x100ml of enduro booster, didn't feel sick at all and didn't need to go to the toilet, but with having to have had a month with no run training and the last week i was also sick in bed, i was happy to have at least finished the bloody run, onwards and upwards now.
