What would you do differently?: Start slower, find consistent breathing rhythm, sight more. Transition 1
Comments: first race that I used tri-specific shoes and went sockless. Pushed off with one foot, swung leg over bike. Not true flying mount but much faster than climbing over bike and clipping in. What would you do differently?: Use rubber bands. Otherwise, good. Get in shoes quicker. Bike
Comments: Want try bike. What would you do differently?: Get tri bike. Transition 2
Comments: Fell during flying dismount What would you do differently?: practice dismount. Run
Comments: Could have pushed harder in last 1.5 miles. Post race
